五年来的大川的复盘

关于复盘,本质上大川的问题就是,就是价值观的问题,连续高速的利益。

19年到21年就摸到了传统设计公司的边界,然后就是没有石头的摸索,多半是不靠谱的,所以很多时候复盘就是人的问题,在这个浮躁的时代,没人愿意相信周边有以真诚为出发点的人,好像雷军就是,最早的马云也是。一个公司的上限和增速相关的太多,导致大川的问题,成也是人,败也是人。现在应该做的就是价值坚守和团队感召,再是调整产品形态。如同小米生态链的产品“满足80%用户的80%需求”。足够的感动人心,价格厚道。一定要去做影响和驱动行业发展的事。

通过人工智能算法,做到今天技术的极限。
企业在升级和转型过程中,几乎只能依赖创始人,一定要做好奋战一年以上的准备。痛苦且漫长的过程。本质上创业就是这样。
